Skill Level: Advanced beginner/Intermediate
This pattern is NO SEW, you will need to know how to follow a crochet pattern and the stitches listed below.
Crochet stitches include:
- MC: magic circle
- SC: single crochet
- INC: increase (2 stitches in 1 stitch)
- DEC: decrease (1 stitch over 2 stitches)
- CH: chain
- SS: slip stitch
- HDC: half double crochet
- DC: double crochet
- FO: fasten off
- BLO: back loop only
- FLO: front loop only
Items Required:
- Yarn (2 colours) and a Crochet Hook: you can use any yarn or hook, choose appropriate for your tension. I’ve used Premier Parfait Chunky with a 5 mm hook or Bernat Blanket with an 8 mm hook
- Black 4-weight Yarn and Yarn Needle for embroidering mouth
- Safety Eyes (12-16mm depending on yarn you’re using) or Felt
- Eyes (again, depends on yarn you’re using, I used 0.75 inch eyes)
- Scissors
